Yad - Torah Pointer

Traditionally, we do not touch the Torah with our hand when reading from it because of the oils and particles on our hands that may damage the ink of the Torah.
In the past, Torah Yads (pointers) were made from silver or wood. Michael Gore creates beautiful and useable Yads from Venetian glass. Each piece is handmade in Venice, Italy.

Smaller yads begin at US$120-$160. Larger yads begin at US$160.
Right-handed and left-handed (lefty) yads are available.
